DR AUBERT’s “PLUS”

The service commitments of an efficient team

    • Dr AUBERT and his team are committed to offering you appointments for Immigration Medical Examinations (IME) on DOCTOLIB with less than a week’s notice. And if you need something faster, just call his secretary (+33 1 42 58 07 28): she’ll find the solution! A VISA for CANADA can be extremely urgent, we know!
      • As soon as you book your appointment, DOCTOLIB will send you confirmation. A few hours after booking your appointment, you will receive a personalised e-mail from Dr Aubert explaining the procedure for the CANADA immigration medical examination (IME). If you have any further questions, you can ask them by replying to this email. Dr Aubert is very responsive and replies to all emails within 24 hours.
    • The Canadian administration gives you a deadline for sending your IMM 1017 document (certifying that you have seen a designated physician) to IRCC: with DR AUBERT, this document is sent to you as soon as the canadian medical examination is over, with no delay at all. A VISA for CANADA can be extremely urgent, we know!
    • If you have no health problems, and if the additional examinations (biological tests and X-rays) are normal, DR AUBERT’s team undertakes to process your application in less than a week. In reality, the average time taken to finalise a simple application is 3.4 days.
    • As soon as DR AUBERT’s team has finalised your file, you will receive a FULL copy of the file (including the findings of the clinical examination, biology and radiology): everything sent to IRCC is also sent to you by e-mail: this is the choice of TOTAL TRANSPARENCY.
    • If you receive a request for an additional examination, you will be informed of the examinations requested within 24 HOURS of informing DR AUBERT. You will receive a detailed e-mail from him indicating the nature of the examinations requested, together with the corresponding prescriptions and details of where the examinations will be carried out. DR AUBERT will also contact you systematically if he does not receive the requested tests, so that there are no problems with electronic transmission, and therefore no additional delays in processing the file.
    • Under French legislation, the initial examinations for the immigration medical examination (x-ray and initial biological check-up) cannot be reimbursed. However, in the event of additional examinations requested by the Canadian authorities, DR AUBERT undertakes to ensure that they can be reimbursed by the French health insurance scheme.
    • The immigration medical examination is valid for one year. Some people, for administrative reasons (Canadian processing times) or personal reasons (delayed taking up employment in CANADA, for example), do not leave within this one-year period. In this case, Dr Aubert will NOT charge for the second examination, which will therefore be free of charge (although you will still have to pay the laboratory and the radiologist).
